* Any mandatory overtime required will extend the shift by 2 hours*
Duties:
- Retrieve and fulfill customer orders by selecting and picking items from designated areas.
- Use manual or mechanical equipment, such as pallet jacks, to move and transport items.
- Ensure accuracy and quality control by inspecting items for damage or defects before packing.
- Pack and label items according to order specifications and prepare them for shipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by updating records of items picked, packed, and shipped.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform lifting, up to 60 pounds, on a regular basis. As well as lots of walking
- Experience in stock handling or order picking is preferred but not required.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to operate manual or mechanical equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality control checks.
- Excellent organizational skills to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members.
