The Supply Chain Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the supply chain and material procurement systems and operations to ensure the efficiency and cost effectiveness. This role involves logistics coordination, strategic planning, supplier and subcontractor procurement and relationships, inventory control and cross department collaboration.

- Maintaining accurate inventory to meet demand and minimize costs
- Developing and implementing strategies for supply chain to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction
- Managing the procurement process including sourcing and purchasing materials and products ensuring timely delivery of goods and services
- Forecasting inventory needs based on historical, current and future demand
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key suppliers
- Evaluating potential suppliers and vendors and negotiate prices and terms
- Tracking shipments, ensuring on time delivery
- Verifying merchandise shipments against purchase orders, packing slips and/or waybills
- Generating purchase orders
- Supervising the performance and development of the Supply Chain team.
- Checking orders for completeness and possible damage.
- Monitoring stock levels
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in a supply chain manager role
- 3-4 years in a supervisory role
- buying & purchasing -- OEM
- Excellent planning and organizing capabilities
- Excellent to manage time
- Ability/Willingness to work overtime as needed
- High level of integrity, strong eye for detail and analytical ability
- Experience working with an ERP System
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
