Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and office support to the accounting team.
- Answer client inquiries and manage customer relationships with a focus on professionalism and accuracy.
- Assist with data entry, maintaining databases, and managing office documentation.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.) for reporting and data management.
- Independently troubleshoot office-related issues and assist in maintaining smooth office operations.
- Stay organized and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a timely manner.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Assist in bookkeeping and accounting tasks as needed.
- Participate in QuickBooks training (required within the first 2 weeks of employment).
- At least 2 years of office experience, preferably in an administrative or accounting-related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to troubleshoot independently and resolve basic office issues.
- Good knowledge of databases and general office technology.
- Basic understanding of accounting terminology and principles.
- Good time management skills and attention to detail.
- QuickBooks knowledge is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
