Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Current BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) or BCBA eligibility
- Michigan BCBA Licensure
- Minimum of (1) one year ABA experience
- BCaBA would also be considered

POSITION DETAILS
In this position, you will have a direct impact on enhancing a child's ability to succeed and the freedom to create your own schedule within the hours of operation. The BCBA will provide support to our in-home and center-based ABA programs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supervising the behavioral technician implementation of programming
- Completing assessments
- Parent training
- Client-specific program development
- Other miscellaneous duties assigned
Earn up to $84,885!
Schedule flexibility within the hours of operation: The ABA Center is open 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM during the school year, and in-home services are operational all day until 7:30 PM.
