What You'll Do:
As a BCBA, you'll be a driving force in helping children reach their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:
- Guiding the Team: Supervising our amazing behavioral technicians as they implement behavior programs.
- Assessment Expert: Conducting thorough assessments to understand each child's unique needs.
- Empowering Parents: Providing training to parents, equipping them with the tools to support their child's growth at home.
- Customized Programs: Developing client-specific programs that are tailored to each child's individual goals.
- Other duties as assigned You will do your part to help with the team!
Your Schedule:
- Flexibility is Key: Enjoy the freedom to create your own schedule within our hours of operation.
- Our ABA Center is open 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM during the school year.
- In-home services are operational all day until 7:30 PM.
What You Will Bring:
We're looking for someone who has:
- A Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Current BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification or BCBA eligibility.
- Michigan BCBA Licensure.
- A minimum of (1) one year of ABA experience.

What You'll Earn:
- Up to $84,885 annually, depending on experience and schedule.
