Position: Math Teacher (6th Grade)
Rate: Up to $50 per hour
We are seeking a talented and compassionate Math Teacher to work with Grade 6 students for our partner school.

The Math Teacher is responsible for the education of students by delivering an engaging instructional program and modeling appropriate skills, attitudes, and behaviors. This teacher motivates, encourages, and inspires students to excel in their academic endeavors while setting high expectations that challenge them to reach their full potential. Responsibilities and Duties
- Demonstrate a passion for meeting the educational and welfare needs of young people, particularly those from underprivileged backgrounds, by practicing values of love, compassion, justice, and respect for human dignity.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field.
- Current, valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with an endorsement in middle school math.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
