Sales Development Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with customers, and drive sales growth. Your ability to communicate effectively, conduct warm calls, and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proactively engage with new and existing customers, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Conduct warm calls, follow-ups, and outreach to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely manner.
- Utilize CRM tools, such as HubSpot and Salesforce, to manage sales activities, track progress, and optimize customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong knowledge of market trends, industry insights, and competitive analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with inside sales, warm calling, and telemarketing strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) for sales tracking and customer relationship management.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
