- Familiarity with the IEP Process and State and Federal regulations.

- Must possess a demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Special Education, 504, and School Law.
- Must be aware of relevant policies and procedures mandated by the State of DE including Comprehensive School Safety Program and Delaware Emergency Management Agency that promotes a safe school environment and includes training in areas such as; The RAVE Panic App, Navigate360, School Emergency Plans, Suicide Response, Child Abuse Prevention, Criminal Youth Gang, Teen Dating Violence, School Bullying Prevention, & Safe Positive Approach to Behavior.
- Must have experience and a working knowledge of e-School and data management systems in addition to Google Docs to monitor and track student data related to school discipline and climate.

Salary : $80 - $83
