We are looking for passionate and adaptable Substitute Teachers to join our partner school's team! In this role, you will step in to maintain an engaging and productive learning environment in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. If you are an energetic educator with strong classroom management skills and a love for inspiring students, we want to hear from you!

🎯 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Provide instruction and facilitate learning based on lesson plans provided by the teacher.
✔️ Maintain a structured and positive classroom environment.
✔️ Adapt to different teaching styles and student needs.
✔️ Manage student behavior effectively to ensure a safe and productive atmosphere.
✔️ Communicate effectively with students, staff, and school administration.
✔️ Utilize technology, including Google Suite for Education and classroom equipment.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications

🔹 Bachelor’s degree (required).
🔹 PA Teacher Certification (preferred).
🔹 Minimum 2 years of experience as a substitute or lead teacher.
🔹 Strong classroom management, organization, and communication skills.
🔹 Proficiency in educational technology and student information systems.
