Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
• Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure to optimize financial performance
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial policies
• Lead financial risk management efforts, including identifying and mitigating potential risks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's/MBA preferred)
• CPA or CFA certification preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles
• Proven experience in financial strategy, budgeting, and risk management
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive financial performance
