Key Responsibilities :
- Financial Reporting : Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports and statements.
- Accounts Receivable : Record payment receipts review and bill tenant recurring charges reconcile tenant ledgers and monitor collections.
- Accounts Payable : Process invoices with proper coding and approvals assist in monthly check runs and maintain a thorough audit trail.
- Tenant Billing : Review leases to ensure accurate billing and process invoices for utilities reimbursements and other tenantrelated charges.
- Budgeting : Assist with annual budget preparation including compiling assumptions maintaining leaselevel budgets and estimating miscellaneous income.
- Quarterly Forecasting : Prepare quarterly forecasts and contribute to financial reports.
- YearEnd Reconciliation : Handle CAM percentage rent insurance utilities sewer / trash and real estate tax reconciliations.
- Ad Hoc Projects : Participate in special projects as assigned.
