Job Summary:
MARKETING AND SALES MANAGER: We are launching a new project management software app for the construction industry. We need a marketing and sales manager to lead this product launch. Initially this candidate will wear MANY hats - social media marketing, making YouTube videos, training videos, customer service, meeting with potential customers face to face, etc.
We need someone that is creative and able to figure out strategies on their own and doesn't need to be told what to do. This is a START-UP environment where creativity, hard work and tenacity will be expected.
Duties:
- Creating and launching online marketing strategies.
- Marketing and sales of a new software app for the construction industry.
- Social media marketing - Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.
- Product demonstrations online and in person.
- Customer service - online help center questions, etc.
- Identifying any software bugs and working with the developers to resolve them.
- Creating and implementing marketing strategies.
Skills:
- Sales and marketing experience. Launching online e-commerce businesses.
- Online sales, demo's, videos, etc.
- Social Media Marketing. Someone that has experience growing social media followers to 100k .
- Experience in the construction industry (sales, project management, marketing, etc.) would be very helpful.
- E-Commerce operations and strategies.
- Start up experience.
