Join our dynamic team at Fog'em Mosquito Control and lead our mosquito control efforts in the Bismarck, ND area. We're seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to take on a Branch Lead role, starting at a competitive rate of $20 per hour (or more, depending on experience).

About the Role: As a Branch Lead, you'll oversee mosquito control operations, technicians, and customer service in our Bismarck area branch. This part-to-full-time position offers opportunities for growth and development within our company.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage mosquito control treatments in designated areas
• Operate and maintain equipment, ensuring efficient and effective mosquito control applications
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards
• Mentor and support Vector Control Technicians to achieve branch goals
• Drive business growth and development in the Bismarck area

Requirements:

• Clean driving record and ability to drive a manual vehicle
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience (desirable)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for outdoor work and making a positive impact in the community
