Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.
- Assist with food handling, ensuring all items are prepared according to safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Utilize basic math skills to manage cash handling effectively.
- Support bussing duties by clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote menu items and enhance customer experience.
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings to assist customers with their selections.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is a plus.
- Basic math skills are essential for cash handling duties.
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills are crucial for effective interaction with customers and team members.
