Responsibilities include; calendar management, manage emails and phone calls, transaction and listing coordination, maintain compliance, with a focus on process and prioritization. Emphasis on Social Media acumen: Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn. Excellent communication skills required. Looking for a super organized and high energy candidate and solid work history.
Proficient or train in VideoBox, Follow Up Boss, MLS, marketing software and project management tools. Hours 9-5 plus OT/Some weekends.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
