SUMMARY
Responsible for cleaning the leasing office, move-out units, models and clubhouses along with all public and interior areas, including amenities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cleans all appliances and fixtures, dusts, wipes down counter tops, cleans bathrooms, vacuums carpets, and mops tiled areas.
- Work with the service team to clean and prepare vacant and move-in units.
- Responsible for the care and inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment owned by the property.
- Weekend work may be required.
- Adhere to all company policies including but not limited to safety and Fair Housing.
- Other job duties as assigned.
- One year of housekeeping experience is preferred.
- Attention to detail with ability to work independently.
- Depending on the property, a valid driver's license and automobile insurance may be required.

- Strong constant finger and hand dexterity with ability to grasp/turn, touch, feel, and reach.
- Strong sensory skills such as good eyesight, good hearing; ability to comprehend and speak.
- Work in a variety of conditions, including both indoors and outdoors; frequently exposed to outside weather conditions.
- The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and risk of electrical shock.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
