Fogelman Properties is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Manager of Digital Marketing & Customer Experience (CX) who will play a key role in optimizing digital marketing strategies and enhancing the customer journey across both corporate and property-level marketing efforts, contributing to Fogelman Properties’ continued success. This role leads SEO, SEM, and supports performance analytics while managing digital touchpoints that improve engagement and conversion. The Manager collaborates cross-functionally to execute digital marketing initiatives that support brand awareness, lead generation, and resident retention.
This position requires a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will develop forward-thinking digital marketing strategies while also rolling up their sleeves to implement, optimize, and track key initiatives.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- SEO & SEM Strategy : Develop and execute search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to improve online visibility, drive qualified traffic, and enhance lead generation for both corporate and property websites.
- Customer Experience & Journey Mapping : Support the development and refinement of customer journey strategies across all digital touchpoints, identifying areas for improvement to enhance engagement and lead conversion.
- Website & UX Optimization : Partner with internal teams and vendors to optimize website content, landing pages, and user experience (UX) to improve conversion rates and align with brand objectives.
- KPI Reporting & Performance Analytics : Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights to improve strategy and ROI.
- Marketing Technology & Automation : Serve as marketing lead on the implementation and optimization of marketing technology platforms, including CRM, CMS, and marketing automation tools, to enhance efficiency and personalization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Brand and Performance Marketing, Systems, IT, and Operations teams to align digital strategies across the organization and support corporate and property-level marketing initiatives.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management : Manage relationships with digital marketing vendors, ensuring strong performance and alignment with business objectives.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
