Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Associate Manager to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our restaurant environment, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient management of store functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for food, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage cash handling processes, including daily reconciliations and deposits.
• Assist in team management by training, mentoring, and evaluating staff performance.
• Maintain optimal stock levels through effective inventory management and ordering processes.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling, reporting, and maintaining records.
• Implement organizational strategies to enhance store efficiency and productivity.
• Promote a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and communication.

Experience

• Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role is preferred.
• Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions.
• Proven ability to manage teams effectively, demonstrating leadership qualities that inspire others.
• Experience with stock management and inventory control processes.
• Proficient in administrative tasks with excellent organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
