Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for facilities maintenance. The Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for supervising tasks and leading projects as needed.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Complete basic maintenance for residential properties
- Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate tasks to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Execute residential painting tasks to maintain the aesthetic quality of the facilities.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Possess a valid driver's license and have your own transportation.
- Willing to be on call in case of any maintenance emergencies.
