Position Summary
Fogo de Chão is looking for a seasoned technology leader to manage our technology infrastructure as our company continues to grow. This position will take lead on assuring an optimal performance of our technology infrastructure that will result in a seamless IT operation. This individual will also help in building the strategic roadmap to ensure scalability to our infrastructure for our growing business. This individual will report to the VP of Information Technology.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following :
- Oversee the design, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure in both corporate support center and all company restaurant locations, including network, connectivity, endpoints, cloud server infrastructure, and restaurant technology infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT infrastructure with business goals and objectives.
- Ensure all infrastructure management is aligned with company security policies.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Maintain an obsolescence strategy for equipment replacements and infrastructure upgrades.
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations for infrastructure related technologies, ensuring successful execution of IT budget.
- Collaborate with IT Helpdesk team for proper IT documentation on all infrastructure related technologies.
- Contribute to escalated problem resolution and establish yourself as primary escalation point.
- Produce daily / weekly / monthly reports on progress, issues, and risks in relation to primary duties.

Compensation
Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
