Foley & Mansfield, a professional limited liability partnership, is a national law firm with more than 110 attorneys in offices from coast to coast. We provide legal expertise, creative solutions and extensive trial experience for large corporations, small businesses, and individuals.
We have an opportunity for a Paralegal to join our St. Petersburg office. The ideal candidate must be self-starter who is highly organized and possesses the ability to effectively prioritize. This job is 4 days in office with the option to work remotely 1 day per week . Responsibilities include :
- Request, track, and follow up on records through issuing subpoenas, authorizations, and online portals
- Provide analysis and summary of medical records
- Responsible for retaining, providing information, scheduling calls and testimony, and maintaining relationships with experts
- Drafting discovery responses and requests
- Preparing materials for depositions, hearings, mediation and other meetings
- Receiving and processing documents and entering information into Case Management System as well as naming, saving, and filing in the firm’s electronic repository.
- Assist with preparing motions and exhibits
- Management and organization of certified transcripts
- Managing trial documents and exhibits
- Managing document productions
- Other duties as assigned
