The essential functions of this position include:
- File documents accurately and timely in compliance with all filing requirements.
- Create and maintain case files.
- Maintain and send daily case reports.
- Accurately and efficiently enter case information into databases.
- Pull and save files as requested.
- Assist in preparing materials for depositions, hearings, and other meetings
- Provide administrative support to legal administrative assistants, paralegals, and attorneys.
This is an entry level position; we will provide training. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Suite, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced professional environment, strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
