Pay Range: The starting pay for this position is $16.00 per hour service charges. This is the pay range for this position that Farmhouse Inn reasonably expects to pay.
Position Requirements:
Assist Captains and Sommeliers in conducting fine dining service at The Restaurant at Farmhouse Inn.
Assist Captains with preparing the dining room for service each evening.
Take the lead with clearing courses, as well as remarking tables throughout the course of the evening.
Take the lead with pouring and refilling water throughout the course of the eveningTake the lead with polishing silverware and plateware for service.
Assist Sommelier and Captains with polishing all glassware used for service.
Assist Captains in all aspects of setting up the dining room space and Farmhouse Building for service.
Assist Captains with running food to tables.
