This role involves training customers on Caterpillar-specific systems, providing ongoing support, and collaborating with the Customer Equipment Solutions team to streamline processes related to customer onboarding and connectivity. What You Will Do In This Role
- Provide customer training on Caterpillar and Foley's digital tools and solutions.
- Address platform-related support requests for customers and resolve issues promptly.
- Organize onsite visits to promote services and drive parts and service growth.
- Ensure smooth customer registration for tools and support updates.
- Track and document customer interactions, requests, and follow-ups in the CRM system for effective management and support.
- Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
- Advanced skills in Office 365, web-based applications, ERP systems, and CRM platforms.
- Open to new ideas, actively giving and receiving feedback, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication, with strong phone prospecting and marketing skills.
- Creative, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in teaching new skills and knowledge.
- Track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
- Self-starter and able to drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
- Valid Driver's License is required
- 2 years of related sales, customer support, or training experience.
- Caterpillar-specific knowledge or industry experience
