Foley is seeking a Manager - Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) to oversee, develop, and lead enterprise-wide portfolio management activities. What You'll Do:
- Provide leadership and oversight of enterprise portfolio management, including processes, governance, and tools for planning, monitoring, and executing projects.
- Serve as Project Manager for high-impact initiatives, while managing enterprise projects and process improvement efforts.
- Train and lead project teams to evaluate, execute, and implement projects that drive measurable business results.
- Align portfolio priorities with executive leadership to support Foley's corporate strategy and goals.
- Develop and implement project management standards, processes, and tools to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality results.
- Monitor scope, cost, schedule, staffing, communication, and vendor deliverables to mitigate risks and achieve success.
- Track and report key metrics to executive leadership, delivering data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Oversee vendor selection and contract negotiation for projects requiring external support.
- Directly execute complex or sensitive projects critical to the company's success.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7 years of project management experience leading multiple complex projects.
- 3 years of experience building or transforming an EPMO, including implementing processes and procedures.
- 1 year of salaried technical supervisory experience.
- Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, as well as Six Sigma practices.
- Strong business acumen, analytical abilities, and the capacity to navigate ambiguity with sound judgment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas effectively to all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and company-specific systems.
- Valid driver's license with occasional travel requirements.
