Manager - Enterprise Project Management Office

Foley is seeking a Manager - Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) to oversee, develop, and lead enterprise-wide portfolio management activities. What You'll Do

• Provide leadership and oversight of enterprise portfolio management, including processes, governance, and tools for planning, monitoring, and executing projects.
• Serve as Project Manager for high-impact initiatives, while managing enterprise projects and process improvement efforts.
• Train and lead project teams to evaluate, execute, and implement projects that drive measurable business results.
• Align portfolio priorities with executive leadership to support Foley’s corporate strategy and goals.
• Develop and implement project management standards, processes, and tools to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality results.
• Monitor scope, cost, schedule, staffing, communication, and vendor deliverables to mitigate risks and achieve success.
• Track and report key metrics to executive leadership, delivering data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Oversee vendor selection and contract negotiation for projects requiring external support.
• Directly execute complex or sensitive projects critical to the company’s success.
  
  

Our Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7 years of project management experience leading multiple complex projects.
• 3 years of experience building or transforming an EPMO, including implementing processes and procedures.
• 1 year of salaried technical supervisory experience.
• Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, as well as Six Sigma practices.
• Strong business acumen, analytical abilities, and the capacity to navigate ambiguity with sound judgment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas effectively to all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and company-specific systems.
• Valid driver’s license with occasional travel requirements.
