What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temporary Data Entry Coordinator position at Foley Equipment?
The Temporary Data Entry Coordinator / Clerical Assistant will support our team in managing customer accounts. This individual will be responsible for setting up new customer accounts, updating account and contact information, and assigning / de-assigning sales representatives to accounts. The role requires working with our CRM, ERP, and ticketing systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Enter and update customer account information in the CRM and ERP systems
- Create new customer accounts and maintain accurate customer contact details
- Assign and de-assign sales representatives to accounts as needed
- Process account updates and data changes submitted via CRM and a ticketing system
- Ensure data integrity by verifying and cross-referencing information
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure data security and confidentiality
