Job Summary
The primary responsibility of this role is to create and maintain clean and accurate master data in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC and related systems. This key deliverable supports the successful operation of the winery, planning, analytics, customer service, and compliance teams among others.
** Hybrid schedule is Tues - Thursday onsite, M & F remote optional. **
\n- Creating and maintaining system data for:
- o Bottled Wine and Spirits Items
- o Label Codes
- o DTC Items
- o UPC/SCC
- o BOM Creation/Management – create and maintain Bills of Material data.
- o Commit IDs in NAV, Vintrace, and Claret
- SKU Master – update SKU Master file – review inventory levels and signal the release of a new vintage in partnership with Customer Service
- Lead data standardization, quality, and synchronization across multiple system environment
- Defines and implements master data strategies, policies, controls, and programs to ensure the enterprise data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable.
- Support on special projects and stretch opportunities as they arise

- Experience in business process management to drive continuous improvements, from process understanding to improvement identification/ execution and identifying automation opportunities.
- Three or more years related experience, preferably in the wine industry
- Experience using MS Dynamics NAV/BC
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite – advanced skills in Excel
- Demonstrated understanding of key role data plays in successful planning and execution
