Data Analyst Supply Chain and Operations

Job Summary

The primary responsibility of this role is to create and maintain clean and accurate master data in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC and related systems. This key deliverable supports the successful operation of the winery, planning, analytics, customer service, and compliance teams among others.

** Hybrid schedule is Tues - Thursday onsite, M & F remote optional. **

• Creating and maintaining system data for:
• o   Bottled Wine and Spirits Items
• o   Label Codes
• o   DTC Items
• o   UPC/SCC
• o   BOM Creation/Management – create and maintain Bills of Material data.
• o   Commit IDs in NAV, Vintrace, and Claret
• SKU Master – update SKU Master file – review inventory levels and signal the release of a new vintage in partnership with Customer Service
• Lead data standardization, quality, and synchronization across multiple system environment
• Defines and implements master data strategies, policies, controls, and programs to ensure the enterprise data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable.
• Support on special projects and stretch opportunities as they arise

• Experience in architecting, designing, building dashboards, scorecards, various reporting, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Experience in business process management to drive continuous improvements, from process understanding to improvement identification/ execution and identifying automation opportunities.

• Three or more years related experience, preferably in the wine industry
• Experience using MS Dynamics NAV/BC
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite – advanced skills in Excel
• Demonstrated understanding of key role data plays in successful planning and execution
