Job Summary
By aligning with Wine Club Managers and regional teams, this position ensures the seamless delivery of member engagement initiatives, wine selection excellence, and operational efficiency. The Director drives regional performance through mentorship, data-driven insights, and collaboration while ensuring that Foley Family Wines’ core values are upheld in all activities.
**Schedule is Monday through Friday, with the option to WFH on Mondays and Fridays** This position sometimes requires nights, weekends, and regional travel.
\n- Strategic Leadership
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret performance metrics across all regions, delivering actionable insights and comprehensive reports to the VP.
- Develop region-specific strategies that support member retention, engagement, and revenue growth while aligning with company objectives.
- Lead a portfolio of grouped brands with a focus on scaling wine club memberships and member satisfaction across regions.
- Work with managers to curate wine selections tailored to regional preferences and strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with brand identity and inventory capacity.
- Partner with the Inventory Planner to proactively address inventory requirements for wine club shipments and events.
- Oversee the development and implementation of regional member engagement initiatives, including on-site and virtual events, to enhance satisfaction and drive retention.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, E-Commerce, Consumer Engagement) to develop campaigns and programs that resonate with members and increase engagement.
- Ensure managers oversee batching, logistics, and shipment processes to uphold timely deliveries and member satisfaction.
- Mentor and guide direct Wine Club Managers, ensuring they are equipped to lead their teams effectively and deliver strategic objectives.
- Provide ongoing coaching to managers, emphasizing professional development, problem-solving, and succession planning.
- Conduct quarterly and annual performance assessments for direct reports and support managers in assessing their team members.
- Partner with Hospitality Center Directors to align on site-specific wine club initiatives and elevate the overall member experience.
- Work with Marketing, E-Commerce, and Consumer Engagement teams to create a unified member journey across all touchpoints.
- Collaborating with winemakers and brands leads to ensure wine selections and club strategies align with Foley Family Wines’ vision.
- Leverage Service Cloud CRM and other platforms to analyze member trends and operational performance, creating dashboards and reports for strategic decision-making.
- Provide strategic oversight for regional and brand-specific events, ensuring alignment with membership goals and member engagement priorities.
- Support special projects and events as needed to strengthen member relationships and loyalty.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate high-level objectives into tactical plans
- Proficient in analyzing data and reporting trends to inform decision-making
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on influencing and inspiring teams
- Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities with a demonstrated ability to manage managers
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a wine-related field preferred.
- 7 years of leadership experience in wine clubs, membership programs, or similar roles.
