Position Summary: Foley Family Wines & Spirits is seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Ecommerce Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative, data-driven strategies across all facets of digital marketing and ecommerce. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Ecommerce, this role will oversee end-to-end performance marketing, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue optimization to drive scalable growth.

\n- Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive ecommerce and marketing strategies that align with business goals, including customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Performance Marketing Leadership: Oversee the execution of paid media campaigns, including search, display, social, and retargeting, ensuring data-driven decisions optimize ROI and scalability.
- SEO Strategy and Content Optimization: Design and execute a scalable SEO strategy, optimizing site structure, content, and keyword rankings to maximize organic traffic and conversions.
- Customer Journey and Funnel Optimization: Analyze and improve the ecommerce customer journey, including landing pages, checkout flows, and site usability to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Data Analytics and Reporting: Build dashboards and leverage analytics tools to measure performance, generate insights, and identify opportunities for continuous optimization.
- Campaign Development and Testing: Lead the ideation, execution, and A/B testing of campaigns, creative assets, and messaging to drive engagement and results.
- Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage budgets for marketing initiatives, ensuring spending efficiency and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Content and Brand Alignment: Partner with creative and content teams to ensure that all marketing efforts reflect the FFWS brand voice and messaging strategy.
- Omnichannel Integration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to ensure a seamless experience across ecommerce, DTC, and wholesale channels.
- Trend Monitoring and Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive insights to inform strategies and maintain a leading-edge position in the market.
- Vendor and Partner Collaboration: Manage relationships with external agencies, technology providers, and media partners to execute marketing campaigns and deliver performance goals.
- Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide leadership across departments, ensuring alignment and accountability for meeting key performance objectives.
- Leadership and Team Collaboration: Manage and develop the ecommerce team by fostering a collaborative environment, supporting professional growth, and strategically deploying resources to meet departmental objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, and performance-driven strategies, preferably within premium consumer goods, wine, or spirits industries.
- Proven track record of building and scaling ecommerce growth through paid acquisition, SEO, and digital optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make strategic recommendations.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets with a focus on efficiency and ROI.
- Expertise in customer segmentation, targeting strategies, and omnichannel marketing.
- Hands-on experience with ecommerce merchandising, pricing strategies, and promotional planning.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
