What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Operations Manager position at Foley Inc?
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Lead and direct the digital operations team
- Develop and execute strategies for Conditioned Monitoring, Connectivity Management, SOS, and Service Letters to achieve not only Digital Excellence goals, but supportive of all Excellence Programs where the team has influence.
- Evaluate all facets related to achieving digital growth targets, including customer targets, inventory, marketing, and sales/revenue, and develop commercial offerings based on critical customer requirements.
- Promote the use of digital technology to help customers understand and effectively manage their fleets/business.
- Ensure proper billing of technology tools to maintain business sustainability and health.
- Integrate value-based leadership (VBL) techniques into the sales process and provide coaching sessions with direct reports.
- Evaluate and pursue new areas of opportunity and products to increase digital operations revenue and achieve PAD targets.
- Develop marketing specials, seasonal or otherwise, to promote digital operations.
- Exceed annual digital operations budget targets.
- Develop and maintain working relationships and open communication with peers and other departments.
- Establish and monitor organizational effectiveness, including job and performance standards, utilization, and motivation of personnel.
- Effectively manage the dealer territory by keeping the team focused on account coverage and growth while promoting the company's value proposition to customers.
