JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Process Corporate Payroll for Multistate.
Responsible for Managing Employee Attendance across the organization.
Manage Prevailing Wage pay and Compliance reporting.
Ensure that payroll, personnel files, and systems are kept updated with all current information related to salaries, deductions, and taxes.
Union reporting.
Provide explanations to employees pertaining to pay, tax withholding, time/attendance system and HRIS system.
Follow the Wage and hour compliance.
Human Resources Administrative tasks as assigned.
RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of prior payroll experience required.
Experience with ADP Workforce Now with full-cycle payroll processing.
Experience reviewing time and attendance data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
Strong time management, ability to work independently and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Tax knowledge is a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and other position related software.- Expert level experience in Excel.
