JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Maintain line of communications with internal and external Customers.
- Responsibility for both Piscataway & Bensalem Field Service.
- Take service calls for Field repairs.
- Answer cell phone calls. (Internal/External)
- Write up service calls with all pertinent information.
- Ensure the satisfaction of our customer base on any work performed, both internally and externally.
- Efficiently dispatch Field Service Technicians and parts to job sites.
- Maintain schedule for Field Technicians jobs.
- Monitor GPS Software on service trucks.
- Performance reviews for Field Technicians per calendar year.
- Schedule incoming machine repairs with Shop.
- Review 10-day last labor work order sheets.
- Attend monthly Field Service Technician, Staff and Foreperson meetings.
- Adhere to all company policies, to include all safety policies.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in the heavy equipment industry with progressive maintenance/repair supervisory experience and/or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and other position related software.
