About us
Foley OB & Aesthetics is an OBGYN medical private practice with two locations in Honolulu & Mililani. We are a very fast paced, high in demand, office. We all work together as a team to provide exceptional medical care to our patients. We are looking for someone to join the team as a Medical Receptionist/Medical Assistant in our Mililani location with the exception of our Honolulu office.
Medical Receptionist/Medical Assistant:
- Answer multi line phone system
- Schedule patient appointments
- Greet and interact with patients
- Check in/out process
- Collect patient balances and co-payments
- Open office at beginning of the shift and close office at the ending of the shift
- Take proper phone messages for providers and staff
- Patient referrals and/or Prior Authorizations
- Manage cleanliness of the clinic
- Taking basic vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature check and weight
- Collect/handle specimens
- EHR: DrChronos
- REQUIRED: Some medical background or experience as a medical receptionist.
- REQUIRED SKILLS: Effective communication, Organizational abilities, Multitasking capabilities, Professionalism
Schedule:
- Must be available to work one Saturday per month
- 7:30am start time until last patient leaves. Last appointment scheduled at 4pm.
