Position Summary:
The Assistant Project Manager (APM) will be responsible for supporting the Project Management (PM) team in overseeing commercial projects from start to finish. The APM helps to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. They work closely with PMs within the Titan system to move projects along the timeline.
Essential Job Functions/Duties:
- Assist the Project Manager in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Review and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and change orders
- Monitor site prep and manufacturing progress to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
- Communicate regularly with clients, designers, and project managers to ensure project success
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
- 2 years of experience in commercial manufacturing project management
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, change orders, and construction schedules
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cost estimating and value engineering
- Familiarity with the manufacturing/project management software Titan is a plus
- OSHA certification

- Ability to interpret construction drawings, change orders, and project specifications
- Ability to communicate across multiple teams
- Ability to identify problems, evaluate solutions, and find the best fit
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deliverables and deadlines
