Position Summary:
The Regional Ops Manager oversee our manufacturing operations in Florida. The Regional Ops Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. As the Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of production supervisors and ensuring that all production targets are met. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve our manufacturing processes and reduce costs.
Essential Job Functions/Duties:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facilities in Florida
- Ensure that production targets are met and that all production processes run smoothly and efficiently
- Develop and implement strategies to improve our manufacturing processes and reduce costs
- Manage a team of production supervisors and provide leadership and guidance to ensure that all team members are working effectively
- Ensure that all production processes are in compliance with safety and quality standards
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations management
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team of production supervisors
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the precast and concrete industry
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience with ERP systems
Critical Skills:
- A Demonstrated deep understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures
- Ability to guide and inspire people to achieve a common goal
- Ability to drive team performance to achieve outstanding results
- Ability to make strategic decisions by evaluating options and considering long-term implications
