Position Overview
This position reports to the Assistant Managers and General Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Team members must be punctual and have reliable transportation
- Team members need to maintain a clean attendance record
- Show up to work in the proper uniform
- Work well with your co-workers and make a positive cultural contribution
- Prepare menu items according to company standards as well as food safety standards and the health code.
- Safely operate food preparation and cooking equipment
- Maintain product levels in assigned stations in order to be prepared for immediate needs
- Prepare and cook food items according to company standards
- Accurately assemble and package guest orders
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:
- FOH Team Members MUST have good customer service skills; eye contact, pleasant vocal tone, willingness to be of service to the guests
- BOH Team Members must work well with the team; effectively communicate, hustle, focus on the task at hand, etc.
- Drive and determination
- Essential job functions require maintaining physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, reaching/lifting arms above head, and standing and/or walking for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 – 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand unassisted for 2-3 hours at a time.
- Essential job functions may require basic math skills, understanding of currency, and the ability to read and comprehend
