ACCOUNTING BUSINESS ANALYST
Foley seeks an Accounting Business Analyst responsible for financial and operation analysis and reporting. This is a hands-on role with an emphasis on continuous improvements to deliver easy-to-understand business-critical information. The position requires a detail-oriented yet flexible, assertive, and positive individual who can manage several tasks and projects simultaneously and change priorities as the business's demands evolve.
As an Accounting Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and impacting Foley Carrier Services' financial performance.
This is a remote option- those residing in CT, MA, GA, FL, SC, TX are welcome to apply!
The compensation for this position is $60k-$65k depending on experience and qualifications.

What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Foley's products and services.
- Develop a deep understanding of Foley's accounting practices
- Play an important role on Foley's accounting team as a utility player who can step in to assist in all areas.
- Study the numbers to proactively identify issues and opportunities across all areas of the business.
- Develop meaningful metrics and trends to forecast and impact future results
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, master's in business administration a plus
- 2 - 5 years of Corporate Accounting experience preferred with a desire to be a Business Analyst
- Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically strong in Excel
- SQL and relational database experience a plus
- Attention to Detail - Proven ability to work quickly and deliver accurate and actionable information
- Communicator - Experience in partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and ability to present analysis clearly and compellingly
