We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling & Logistics Coordinator to support our field operations and project management team.
Position Summary:
The Scheduling & Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily and weekly crew schedules, coordinating job site logistics, and serving as a key point of contact for clients regarding scheduling. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our crews are routed efficiently and equipped properly for each job. Approximately 80% of the role is focused on scheduling and communication.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and adjust daily and weekly schedules for multiple tree service crews
- Coordinate routes, job site timing, and equipment needs based on project requirements
- Communicate directly with clients to confirm appointments, provide updates, and answer scheduling-related inquiries
- Collaborate closely with the project manager to align scheduling with project timelines and crew capacity
- Track and update project details and crew assignments in internal systems
- Maintain accurate digital records and documentation using G Suite tools (Google Calendar, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
- Provide general office support as needed, including answering incoming calls and assisting with customer service
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in scheduling, dispatching, logistics, or administrative coordination preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with G Suite (Google Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Gmail)
- Familiarity with the tree care or construction industry a plus, but not required
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay range: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience
