We are currently seeking a motivated A.M. Prep Cook who shares a passion for local food, can follow written and verbal directions, effectively communicate, and work independently.
Folk, located in East Nashville, is the latest project from Philip Krajeck, acclaimed chef and owner of Rolf and Daughters. Fun, seasonal and inventive, the menu highlights local produce, regional ingredients, and naturally leavened wood-fired pizza. Folk is a casual, lively neighborhood restaurant with an ever-evolving natural wine list and specialty cocktails.
We are a small, tight-knit team of hospitality professionals that work in unison to craft memorable dining experiences and truly connect with our guests. We offer health insurance, dining discounts at both Folk and out sister restaurant Rolf and Daughters. We are closed all major holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Christmas, Labor Day, 4th of July and Memorial Day. We also close down the restaurant Superbowl Sunday, when we throw the best the company party in the Southeast (arguably anywhere)!
Salary : $18 - $20
