Job Responsibilities
- Hands-On Training – Work side-by-side with experienced HVAC technicians and installers, receiving practical, on-the-job training in residential HVAC installation and service• Installation Assistance – Support the installation of central air conditioning systems, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless mini-split systems• Material & Tool Handling – Assist with parts, tools, delivery, and setup at job sites• Equipment Operation – Learn to operate and safely handle a variety of hand and power tools• System Compliance – Help ensure HVAC systems are installed to code and industry standards• Customer Interaction – Engage with customers in a professional manner and assist senior technicians in explaining services and solutions• Job Site Maintenance – Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe• Documentation & Service Software – Learn to track repairs and installations using Service Titan software• Safety Compliance – Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Eagerness to Learn – No prior experience required, but a strong desire to build a career in HVAC is essential• Mechanical Aptitude – Basic understanding of tools and willingness to learn HVAC system operations• Physical Requirements – Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions• Strong Work Ethic – Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions from senior technicians• Good Communication Skills – Ability to interact with team members and customers in a professional manner• Valid Driver’s License – Clean driving record preferred for future career advancement opportunities
