We are seeking a resilient and people-centric leader with the ability bounce back from challenges, turning obstacles into opportunities to join our team as the Delivery Manager. In this role, you will oversee a dedicated team of over 30 drivers and delivery crew members ensuring smooth dispatch operations and efficient route planning. In addition, you also manage the complexities of local and long distance deliveries all while balancing the importance of transportation safety regulations, tight deadlines, route changes and ever changing driver availabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management - Lead and inspire your team to become top performers, fostering a positive, collaborative and enjoyable work environment.
- Communication - Ensure customers are informed throughout the delivery process, providing estimated delivery times and promptly resolving issues to enhance the overall experience
- Reliability - Ensure consistent performance in delivering orders accurately and in good condition building the trust and satisfaction with clients, planners and venue partners.
- Agility - Quickly adapt to changing circumstances pertaining to delivery route planning and onsite installation. Maintain a proactive approach.
- Flexibility - Offer solutions for delivery windows, rescheduling, or pick-up options that caters to our sales team and clients varying needs and preferences.
- Performance - Analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of the overall delivery operations. Identify opportunities and develop a strategy to minimize costs without compromising quality.
Qualifications that make you a perfect fit!:
- BA/BS in Business, Logistics or related area
- 3 years of experience in managing people including hiring, performance management, developing talent, disciplinary action, etc.
- DOT and/or California transportation regulation experience a plus
- Successful track record driving cost savings
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record

Schedule: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
OFF: Sunday-Monday
- Schedule is flexible during off season
**Subject to change and may require overtime, particularly on weekends during peak season.
Salary : $72,000 - $80,000
