Follett Content Solutions, LLC is seeking its inaugural Director of Lead Generation to develop and grow qualified lead origination efforts to identify and deliver accretive school and educational partnership opportunities. This dynamic Director will oversee prescriptive and organic lead generation across all relevant channels, overseeing all activities responsible for providing our highly motivated Sales teams with opportunities, contacts, informative collateral, and sales campaigns to forge relationships and convert on opportunities. Ideal candidate must be comfortable creating and executing autonomously and as part of group collaborations on strategic decisions, tactical execution, tool / system management, and data reporting. The Director will take their proactive attitude to the hilt in leading efforts in this yet to be written space. Opportunities for success abound while working collaboratively within each of Follett's strategic initiatives and growth paths identified for 2025.
Responsibilities :
- Own and manage all aspects of the lead generation process utilizing multiple channels.
- Evaluate all existing sourcing processes and drive ownership of optimizing and scaling as needed.
- Ensure that lead generation efforts align with the company's core values, customer-centric mindset, and growth initiatives.
- Harness data-driven methods to improve lead generation efficiency, ensuring that all systems support healthy and actionable leads to Sales.
- Continuous analyzation and refinement of lead generation processes focusing on data to drive improvements.
- Develop and manage reporting systems to track lead generation performance, ROI, and outcomes.
- Keep finger on the pulse of market trends, competitive landscape, and key industry developments to ensure lead generation strategies are relevant and effective.
- Collaboration with multiple strategic initiative owners and disciplines.
- Direct oversight of key lead generation roles with support from production resources.
- Ability to influence future department structure in consultation with Sales and Marketing leaders and Executive Leadership within confines of assigned budget.
- Work closely with all team members to ensure consistent quality in lead generation and marketing technology practices.
