Registered Nurse – Operating Room
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Schedule: Full-time * Days (Rotating Weekends)
Pay: $36.57 - $51.34 per hour (based on experience)
Call Pay: $4.50 per hour
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Operating Room RN to provide high-quality perioperative care in a fast-paced surgical setting. This role involves assisting in surgeries, monitoring patient status, and ensuring a safe and efficient OR environment.
Responsibilities
✅ Assess patient condition during surgical procedures and report changes
✅ Assist surgeons and surgical teams during procedures
✅ Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient response
✅ Maintain accurate and timely documentation
✅ Ensure proper use of surgical instruments, procedures, and equipment
Requirements
✔ Active Florida RN License (or Compact License)
✔ BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certification (via AHA or Red Cross)
✔ Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
✔ Minimum 1 year of recent acute care hospital OR experience
✔ Call required
✔ Fingerprinting required
Surgery center candidates will not be considered

5-6 OR Suites
10-15 cases per day
