Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory and restock medical and office supplies for all facility departments
- Receive, inspect, and distribute incoming supply shipments
- Maintain a clean and organized central supply room
- Ensure all medical supplies are properly labeled and stored
- Work with department heads to anticipate supply needs and avoid shortages
- Monitor usage patterns and report reordering needs
- Track supply costs and assist with budget control efforts
- Deliver supplies to nursing units and support staff as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in inventory, supply chain, or healthcare support role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills for inventory and ordering systems
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred but not required
- Ability to lift, move, and carry boxes or supplies as needed
