GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:
The Finance Director (FD) is an executive role that provides financial leadership and strategic direction to the Fond Du Lac Human Services Division (FDL HSD). POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, or Health Information field is required.
- Minimum of ten years in leadership, with five years of demonstrated Executive/Director level experience in the healthcare finance/revenue services is required.
- Extensive knowledge of Federal/State/IHS/Commercial Payer Regulatory Requirements is required.
- Experience with Electronic Health Records, Practice Management and Claims Management systems is required.
- Professional Credentials: Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP), Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required at time of hire or able to obtain within I-year of hire.
- Prior experience working with Indian Health Services (IHS) or Tribal Organizations preferred.
