As we grow, we need a Business Enablement Specialist to help keep projects moving, processes aligned, and people connected.
About the Role
As a Business Enablement Specialist, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes force that ensures our sales projects, pricing models, contracts, and CRM data stay organized, aligned, and actionable. This role combines project coordination, sales operations, administrative oversight, and cross-functional support, giving you a hand in everything from bid prep to stakeholder meetings.
You’re the kind of person who knows how to connect the dots, spot what’s missing, and get the right people in the room. You love structure, understand process, and feel confident navigating technical documents, customer communications, and sales tools.
What You’ll Do
- Keep Projects Moving: Track sales opportunities and timelines; monitor action items and dependencies.
- Prep Bids & Proposals: Help prepare and submit bid packages, proposal documents, and technical submissions.
- CRM & Sales Tool Support: Ensure Salesforce is updated accurately with project data, contacts, and progress.
- Contract & Spec Review: Read and summarize contracts, technical specs, and municipal approval docs.
- Get the Right People Together: Coordinate meetings, align internal stakeholders, and follow up on open items.
- Sales Support: Assist Regional Sales Managers with documentation, research, and deal support.
- Customer Communication: Present information or updates to clients or city officials when needed.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in how things get done and help build smarter, cleaner systems.
What You Bring
· Experience: 2–4 years in sales operations, business support, project coordination, or enablement.
· Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Comfortable reading contracts, reviewing pricing, and managing data.
· CRM Proficiency: Familiar with Salesforce or similar tools—able to keep things clean and current.
· Strong Communicator: Able to write clearly, summarize complex info, and speak with confidence when needed.
· Highly Organized: You’re great at juggling multiple projects without letting details fall through the cracks.
· Process-Minded: You like clarity, structure, and building repeatable systems.
· Bonus: Experience in municipal sales, infrastructure, engineering, or solar technology is a plus.
· On-Site Requirement: This role is based in our Coppell, TX office to support close coordination with sales and leadership.
