Responsibilities
Responsible for providing courteous and competent services to ensure room reservations for guests are processed efficiently.

- Well organized and demonstrated strong problem solving skills.
- Must be detailed oriented and well organized.
- Ability to operate multiple reservation systems.
- Knowledge of room count information and basic functions of hotel operations.
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff.
- Bilingual highly desireable.
- High school education or equivalent. College degree preferred.
