- Good computer skills, organizational skills and leadership skills.
- Ability to perform basic math skills.
- Ability to operate office equipment (i.e., computer, calculator, and telephone). Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheet, e-mail, and publisher applications.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Knowledge, understanding, and compliance of policies and procedures, job descriptions, daily memorandums, chemical labels, and other instructions.
- Ability to function in a high energy, high demanding environment.
- High school education or equivalent. College degree preferred.
- Office, admin and secretarial experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
