What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chez Bonbon Runner/Stocker - On Call position at Fontainebleau Las Vegas?
POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Runner/Stocker for Quick Service, Patisserie (Chez Bon Bon, Break & Café Cuto), you will juggle multiple responsibilities both behind the scenes and during your scheduled shift. Your accommodating personality and ability to balance the needs of a diverse clientele will be a welcome support in facilitating a dining operation that is fun, efficient, and polished without pretense.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Move and transport products between multiple restaurant venues
- Push food carts, carry heavy trays of product, stock product accurately, both in guest display areas and back of house areas as well as dispose of boxes and packaging
- Maintain proper levels of service ware and condiments at service stations throughout the venue(s)
- Responsible for the retrieval of dry goods, operating supplies, and food and beverage products from the various supporting areas including but not limited to warehouse, bakery, pastry, cake room, Garde manger, and other support kitchens
- Ability to move product from one vessel to another (i.e. – large format prepped product into smaller containers for service)
- Collaborate, create, and follow preparation lists to ensure proper amounts of product are transferred
- Responsible for a smooth and efficient operation that meets our Design Standards and exceeds guest services
- Responsible for proper rotation of all supplies, and accurate labeling of perishable products in compliance with Southern Nevada Health District
- Responsible for accurate documentation on daily inventory sheets for food/beverage products
- Responsible for accurate documentation on daily inspection checklists including health and food safety standards
- Responsible for maintaining a healthy and safe working environment
- Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Minimum of one (1) year of previous work in a high-volume restaurant establishment.
- Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced and team environment
- Highly organized and able to clear tables efficiently
- Ability to apply positive and personalized service with every guest interaction
- Passion for guest service and the hospitality service industry
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include holidays, evenings, and weekends
- Work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will not have any supervisory responsibilities.
